The future leaders who are able to lead the world, must at least have 3 N, Nurani (Conscience), Nalar (logic) and Nyali (courage). It was stated by Governor Made Mangku Pastika when visiting SMA/SMK Bali mandara in Kubutambahan, Buleleng, on Thursday (17/12). He explained a wise leaders must have a concience for his people, logic to plan program which prioritizes people, and courage to execute all programs. "Leaders have a higher risk, so you should maintain these 3 N, if you don’t, you will not last for long time becoming a leader,” stated him. Pastika is not tired of reminding the important of dream. According to him, the succes is began from a dream. "You must have a dream first, from the dream you will find a hope, a hope will change become a courage, in that courage you will decide your own first step. From your steps you will pass a journey, and at the end of your journey, the success is waiting you,” Aroused him.

Pastika also appreciated the development of infrastructure at school, as well as the discipline of students. He added, by a good facilitation, could raise the spirit of learning and being discipline. "Being discipline is a must, you can not change the world without being discipline at first,” stated him. According to him., the process to being dicipline will be a challenge while shaping students become a leader. "A hard of seak tree is growning in limestone soils, not in rice field or in soft ground, as well as a leader,” stated him. He also advised students that they are lucky learning in that school. Because the school has adopted a education program which elaborates among technologie, science, skill and spiritual unsure. "Your are different with western people, they have been dispoiled by the advanced technologie, their motor nerves are not good enough, how lucky you are,” concluded him.

Meanwhile, headmaster of SMA/SMK Bali Mandara, I Wayan Darta, appreciated the visit of Governor. He explained the vision of school is to shape a future leader, a perfect leader and a leader who has physical and spiritual health in a balanced way. Darta also explained the aim of school is to help the poor Balinese youth in education field. But, they must have the spirit of learning and the spirit in improving their family economy. He also added that the school is the first public school which uses international curriculum, because it purposes to create a leader who are able to compete in international level. He added the school which established in 2011, has graduated many best student, in which many of them have succeeded in obtaining the scolarship from top university both in Indonesia and abroad. According to Darta, 21 first graduates had obtained scolarship from Bandung Technologie Institute (ITB) even though the school had not have acreditation. Pride of his student was increasing while the school is accredited for 97 of 100. Beside in public universities in Indonesia, he added 8 students have succeeded obtain the scolarship from universities in abroad. One of them is in University of Kansas, three are in Osmania University, US, and 4 left are in Maharsi University of management, India. Finishing the report, Darta presented supervisor of international partnership of Windeshim University, Holland, Jannie lensen Botter. That university has been reviewing the school for last three years, and has been sent volunteers to teach the student in SMA/SMK Bali Mandara.

On that occassion rectors of private universities in Bali were also invited by governor, in order to get the suggestion for this school progress. The event was also attended by vice regent of Buleleng, dr. I Nyoman Sutjidra, S.Pog, Military resort Command 163 Wirasatya I Nyoman Cantiyasa, rectors of private universities throughout Bali, the administration staff and student of SMA/SMK Bali Mandara. The event was also highlighted by the donation of books from tri Hita Karana foundation, handed over by Wisnu Wardana, and dance and self-defense performance by students.
